EAEG consulting

Since 1 January 2011 every banking institution is obliged by regulatory law to create a so-called EAEG presenter data file according to the "Specification for the provision of data pursuant to Section 5 (2) of the German Deposit Guarantee and Investor Compensation Act (Einlagensicherungs- und Anlegerentschädigungsgesetz - EAEG)". The EAEG presenter data file is the main resource to implement legal and, in particular, timely investor compensation.

We have developed the specification for the EAEG presenter data file, we take care of the implementation within the institutes assigned to the Entschädigungseinrichtung deutscher Banken GmbH (EdB), Berlin, and we deliver support to the EdB for all IT processes relating to investor compensation.

We would be glad to advise you on your preparation for announced inspections and audits pursuant to Section 9 (1) EAEG (quality assurance, project consultation, concept validation, analysis of test cases etc.) and also on all relating organisational and technical issues.

Feel free to contact us!

Current notes

In an information event we outline to you the requirements for the EAEG presenter data file at no charge. At this, you will be given an overview of the upcoming specification release 3 and the new EU Deposit Guarantee Directive. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to exchange experiences about implementation problems within the institutions and to ask individual questions.

The one-day event will take place in Cologne on Thursday, 6 September 2012 at 10.30 am. Additional information as well as a registration form can be obtained from our office (please call us on 0221 - 912698 - 311 or send an e-mail to info@gdb-beratung.de).
